Originally from Larchmont, New York, Jim first visited Park City in the winter of 1972, moving to Park City in the fall of 1973.

Jim was among the young crowd that moved Park City from the old mining days to the internationally known resort community it is today. Jim was a prominent figure in the Winter Sports and Recreation Industry. He received numerous awards for his achievements in Sales and Marketing. His work in the sporting goods industry involved significant travel both within the United States and Europe, including Austria, Switzerland, Slovenia and Italy.

Jim launched his real estate career in 1992.  His ability to communicate and his encyclopedic knowledge of Park City combined with the simple fact that everyone knew him, liked him, and trusted him, set the stage for a successful career that continues full speed today.

No one enjoys Park City’s four season lifestyle more than Jim. Among his many interests, travel, skiing, hiking and biking are his favorites. He never tires of meeting people who are new to the area and sharing his knowledge and enthusiasm for what he believes to be the very best place to live and vacation.
